About Us

Council on Aging is connecting Sonoma County through a network of services to support our senior community. We are friends, families, and fellow seniors all joining together to deliver meals, assist financial and legal planning programs, and support better aging.

The Sonoma Wine Country Senior Games is presented by Council on Aging. This series of sports competitions, in multiple different sports for athletes ages 50 years old or better,  create year-round connections, strong community partnerships, and business opportunities in our beautiful county.

To enhance the quality of life for our aging community by providing services that promote well-being and maintain independence.

Sonoma Wine Country Game's Mission:

The Sonoma Wine Country Games encourages healthy activity and social engagement for anyone 50+ through education, connections, and the spirited competition of sport, inspiring all to take an active role in determining the quality of their aging experience.
